Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Start Your Return
Log into your Reitmans account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items you are returning along with the original packing slip into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
